Translucent Ocean Jasper Cabochon, Handmade Designer Cabochons by MagicStones.

This is a large cabochon of AAA+++ old-stock Ocean popular Jasper mined off the northwest coast of Madagascar and unfortunately no longer being mined.

This stunning gem has large crisp multi ringed orbs in shades of green agate and crystalline agate. Waves of white agate dance across the stone,creating a turbulent moving sea.

I make all my cabochons by hand in my home studio. Unless otherwise noted all my gems are domed on the front and are flat with a slight bevel on the back for ease of setting. The sides are cut at a slight angle (12.5 degrees off of perpendicular). I polish the front, back and sides of each stone.
