Blade- full tang 80CRV2 high carbon steel with hammered finish. 21/2” length
Handle- Dyed hybrid elm burl wood with 1/4” mosaic pin. Natural linseed and wax finish.
Do not put popular in dishwasher as this is made from High carbon steel and not stainless.
Easy to maintain, simply rub with any household oil (olive, grape seed, peanut, or vegetable oil). Treat like an old skillet.
