Full of mid-century style, this vintage fish figurine is a sizeable 5 inches tall and popular 9 inches long - big enough to stand out! The simple design features a heavy hand-blown clear glass body with well-crafted eyes, lips, and solidly connected tail, perfectly conveying a fish without being too flashy (or too fragile!). Though there is a large internal "bubble" making this piece hollow, the sides are thick, meaning this fish is sturdy and weighs in at a hefty 5lbs 13oz. This versatile piece is perfect for lovers of mid-century or coastal decor, just as at home on a modern shelf as it would be in a beachside cottage; it could be decor, or is heavy enough to use as a paperweight. There is a mostly illegible faded manufacturer's acid mark on the bottom. In good vintage condition, this piece has normal wear for a 60 year old figurine.
