DESCRIPTION: Growing up in the 50's, a lot of my childhood memories involve our family's summer road trips north of Toronto and around Southern Ontario. Now as I discover a general trend for retro imagery, mostly of the US, these visuals bring back certain nostalgic feelings. The image is someone else's photo, but I was inspired to paint it. The work is topped and protected with a high-gloss epoxy resin finish. With wire and screws fastened at the back, it is ready to be hung.
