popular Beautiful, large, antique, Moroccan Hazaz Frères, copper kettle with brass finial on the lid and brass supports for the copper handle, with copper rivets. Circa late 1800's - early 1900's.
The kettle is in the condition in which it was sourced, in Normandy, France. The item is in generally good condition, but does have several large dents to the sides and base, relative to age, history and use. It carries the Hazaz Frères logo to the right hand side of the swan-neck spout, which is slightly faded due to age, cleaning and use. The lid is in generally good condition with some small dents to its upper surface and irregularities to the inner rim. The item appears to have been tinned but has signs of copper showing through and is heavily tarnished and calcified.
NOTE - This item is being sold as a decorative item and has not been tested for use.
