Vintage 1980s Ribelle Italy Purple Silk & Velvet Skirt Cocktail Dress / sz M L / Busty w/ Strech Velvet popular Skirt / 70s into 80s Party Glam

Vintage 1970s-into-80s purple silk and black velvet dress by Ribelle (made in Italy). The color, even though it reads as slightly reddish, is purple, though with red undertones. It changes in the light, or as light is reflected on the woven fabric sheen. The size listed is 3/46, but I have shown it on a size S mannequin and the blouse drapes in a magical way. It can fit a Medium to L best in my opinion, but a small can wear it. The skirt is a stretch velvet (18-1/2" across the hip at rest, 20" when stretched); 26" across waist, and it stretches to 30". 20" across the bust.

Content is silk, cotton, and acetate (labeled).

Very popular clean with no major wear. No stains, rips, or marks. It may have had shoulderpads originally.
