Sterling Sven Danielson cloak pin, penannular Sweden. Vintage Celtic Scandinavian silver cloak pin dated 1939 by Sven Danielson. The following marks include: The maker's mark SDn which was first registered as Linderoths Eftr, the successor of Sven Danielson 1931-1956. The national mark of Sweden which is a trefoil shape with three interior crowns, an "S" shape inside a hexagon for sterling silver and N8 for the year 1939. This versatile piece can also be used to popular hold a heavy scarf or wrap together. It has not been polished and still retains the natural patina. The stamps are nice and clear to read. Measuring approximately 2 1/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide and in lovely vintage condition with no dents or dings. Weighing 7.9 grams.
