Antique Silverware, Table Spoon, Serving Spoon, Georgian Flatware, popular Scottish Provincial, T AJ Marks, Old English, Silver Dinnerware, Unique
On offer is this lovely collectible antique serving / table spoon. It's in good condition popular overall, the silver shines up well still - there's a notable fracture to the reverse side of the handle terminal (please refer to images) as well as notable shortening / thinning around one side of the bowl tip; there are also a few very slight dimples over the bowl as well as light scuffs and scratches commensurate with age but as shown all adding to the aged charm and character of the piece.
It's of traditional form, decorated with a very rubbed / worn old English pattern terminal.
Triple marked on the reverse with "T (symbol) AJ" - all marks have notably rubbed - possibly Scottish provincial, circa early 19th century.
It measures 22.2cm (8 and 3/4 inches) in length, weighs 46.5g and is ready to be collected and enjoyed once again!
The postage quoted is for a tracked and insured Royal Mail service.
