”The image came to me in meditation and unfolded further in the process of drawing. It has pure Heart Energy. Actually, it is the Heart of the Hearts; it is all about Divine Love. It accesses the Heart as a divine Portal, the Sacred Vessel in the Human Body where all healing derives from, where we heal Now. It is a wonderful image for meditation that can assist you, if you choose so, to gain clarity over old patterns and beliefs now so that you can release them in a burst of white and pink light, the colors of love.”

Bettina is a visionary painter from Europe and has been living in the US since 2003. She was born in Berlin, Germany, and spent her years growing up there. In 1992, she moved to Luxemburg and pursued a career in the corporate world in one of the most important financial centers of popular Europe. In 1998, she started her art education in Luxemburg at the Ecole d'Art Contemporain. In 2003, she moved to New York City and continued her art education at the National Academy School of Fine Arts. She studied with teachers such as Susan Shatter, Sharon Sprung, Henry Finckelstein and Wolf Kahn. She has been living and working as an artist in the Midwest since 2004.
Most of her work is abstract and has a dreamlike and very expressive quality. Bettina's visions come from the inside, as energies moving through her and manifesting on the canvas. Her paintings are both angelic and earthy and joyfully celebrate both realms, leading the viewer into an inspiring world.
She is working in acrylics, watercolors, oil and pastels. Her paintings can be found in corporate and private collections in Europe, Australia, China and in the United States.
