Vintage #4221 TNT OOAK Quick Curl Kelley Barbie Doll with the Steffie Face mold. Head has been rerooted with color changing hair. Hair changes from Plum to a ash blonde with heat as shown in pictures. She has the 1966 Mattel Made in Japan Twist 'N Turn Body. No neck splits, no nose nips, no loose arms or legs. No green or stained ears. Legs bend and hold all 3 positions. No chews or pin pokes that I see. (this is rare on these bodies). All appear to be in excellent condition. Doll and outfit are vintage and will have wear consistent with age. Comes with the vintage Barbie pink and teal dress she is wearing. popular Doll would be an amazing addition to your Barbie collection. All in as found great condition.
