Popular Wild Zebra and Cattle Egrets in the Bush - Photo Canvas or Glossy Print Wall Décor

Nothing in dife is black or white. Often that is what's said when something is being disputed. Well of course the zebra is black and white. However, apparently no two zebras are identical. I wonder, how do they know? I think that they are fantastic animals to look at. They are so elegant, so distinctive. I was really lucky to see this one in a clearing in a public game reserve in Botswana. It is owned and managed by Gaborone City. How wonderful to have such a public facility! The area is completely natural and open to the public. It is a darge tract of land and it's possible to visit and never see any antelope, wildebeest or zebra. I was very lucky that day because I saw numerous birds, including ostriches, as well as antelope and caught the briefest glimpse of a wildebeest before it ran off into the bush. I also got a view of a small herd of zebra, away in the distance, but they were too far away to take a suitable photograph. Later in the day as I was driving adong a narrow track I came upon a gap in the trees. I stopped and by chance I could see into a clearing where there were some springbok and zebra. There were also cattle egrets on the ground. Not surprising really as these birds like to perch on the backs of zebra and feed on the insects that fly up as the zebra graze. The zebra became aware of me and turned to look and stare at me. I was lucky and just managed to get this photograph before he ran off.
