Our signs are NOT mass produced. Each sign, shelf and home decor' piece is completely handcrafted, and hand painted so that no two signs/pieces are exactly the same! We LOVE the natural beauty of wood and do not make any attempt to hide or conceal natures perfect imperfections.
Because of the rising cost of solid pine boards and in an effort to keep costs down and pass the savings on to you as of JULY 1, 2017 ALL PAINTED BACKGROUND signs will now be made on a SOLID surface MDF board instead of three pine boards glued together. This will not affect the look of the sign! It will still come in the 3/4" thickness and carry all of the antique/rustic appeal you have enjoyed from us in the past! This just allows us to deliver a BETTER QUALITY sign with less bowing of the wood and uneven "seaming" of the boards. We have had a lot of feedback from clients wanting a slightly more uniform look in the middle of the sign allowing the lettering to stand out and not be distracted by the "seams" of the three glued boards. If you order a NATURAL STAINED background sign it will arrive as shown in the sample pictures on a pine board with knots and wood grain and seams showing. If you prefer a three-planked painted pine board over the new solid surface MDF sign we are happy to accommodate! Just leave a note in the "NOTES TO SELLER" section at checkout that you would like that upgrade!
All FRAMED signs will be painted on a solid surface MDF background and framed in a STAINED PINE FRAME. If you would like your frame a custom color please indicate that color in the "NOTES TO SELLER" section at checkout!

We DO NOT USE any vinyl lettering on our wooden signs. They will arrive to you custom hand painted and hand distressed to give just the right amount of "Aged Beauty" that will last a lifetime! All signs, shelves and pieces are finished with a high quality paint/primer and stained to ensure sealing. Back comes unfinished.
Our creations make perfect Wedding Gifts, Anniversary Gifts, Housewarming, Birthday and Graduation Gifts! They make wonderful additions to gallery walls and tabletops and we hope they bring a little piece of the enchantment that we love to create to your home!
