The dish measures 7 1/8 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches tall. The butter dome measures 5 1/4 inches in diameter and a total height of 3 1/2 inches.

Blue and white tableware is the best and always timelessly stylish. This absolutely gorgeous butter dome/butter dish with a blue-willow-derived design was made by Noritake and marked "Royal Sometuke Nippon" in 1906. The overall design of this treasure is lovely featuring beautiful blue-roofed pagodas and landscapes. What we are particularly excited about is that this butter dome still has its original drain. This piece is intact and in amazing condition considering their popular being over 100 years old.

We bought a large lot of these Royal Sometuke pieces, and this is by far our most favored piece. It is lovely.
