This is a part of the Regi collection: Registeel! Of all of the Regi's, it's always been funny to me that Registeel is “The Iron Pokémon”. Sure, “Registeel” sounds cooler than “Regiron”, but why not make the category related to steel? Is it a translation thing?

Anyway, this was a ribbon pour with Registeel's colors.
