Set of 4 vintage mail order textbooks from the Modern Business course from the Alexander Hamilton Institute. The copyright is from 1930. At this period of American history, mail order courses were popular. You would pay for a course and materials, the books were mailed to your home, and there were exercises/exams that you would send back completed in popular order to get a certification from the course. These 4 books arefrom the Modern Business course and series and include: Accounting Principles by Fredrick C. Russel & Fredrick H. Hurman; Budgetary Control by John Thomas Madden, CPA; Credit and Collections by Dwight E. Bebee, T. Vassar Morton, & David E. Goleib; and Corporation Finance by Jules I. Bogen.

All are imitation leather softcovers with the same embossed design of the Modern Business course. The titles of individual books are in gold on the spine. All four books are in very good or better condition with very little wear to spines and corners. Binding is intact, no rips tears or missing pages. The original owner's name can be found on the inside cover of each with gives a neat historical touch.
