These were available for preorder for a limited time on her online BOOTH store in Japan. One set contains glitter in the blue areas and glows in various spots when dark. The other does not contain glitter but the blue spots glow as well. (See the second-to-last photo, which shows the full glow pins) Both sets will come with their decorative storage boxes. They occasionally release limited items, and I believe they offer overseas shipping directly through the site.
