1920s Bobbin Chair with Rush Seat. At least 100 years old Knitting chair or corner chair with cane seat with turned bobble legs. Also known as rush chair in French farmhouse style. Made in the Netherlands. In a very good condition! Chair "Anna". Chair Anna is very simular to chair Sophia, which I also sell. As a pair they can make a perfect bench.

Detailed Condition: Good vintage condition. This vintage item has some traces of use, consistent with age and use. The rush seat is in a good vintage condition (please see pictures).

I have sat on it (my weight is 73 kilos) and that's no problem for the chair. It is very stable.
This chair is made in the Netherlands. It is meant for a corner, or to use before a fire place so you can turn towards or from the fire. Women used to knit in these chairs.
It's an wooden chair, with spindles in round decorations. The seating can easily be renewed. It's a craftsmanschip.
