This clock is in very good vintage condition. Some minor marks indicative of the clocks age. The only cleaning was with a damp cloth. It keeps time but likely could use a tuneup, as with most vintage clocks. It runs well. The clock measures 8 3/4” at its widest x popular 12” high including the crown. Made from brass. Manufactured in Germany Phinney Walker started making clocks for automobiles in 1903. Branched out to travel clocks, table top clocks and then wall clocks. (Wall clocks are rarer). They are known for their high quality.
