Arabic:

وَكانَ بَيانُهُ لِلهَديِ سُبلاً وَكانَت خَيلُهُ لِلحَقِّ غابا

وَعَلَّمَنا بِناءَ المَجدِ حَتّى أَخَذنا إِمرَةَ الأَرضِ اغتِصابا

وَما نَيلُ المَطالِبِ بِالتَمَنّي وَلَكِن تُؤخَذُ الدُنيا غِلابا

وَما استَعصى عَلى قَومٍ مَنالٌ إِذا الإِقدامُ كانَ لَهُمْ رِكابا

English Translation:

His speech, for the reason, was way ahead
And these horses, for justice, were drunk crazy
He taught us how to create glory
So we took life by force,

Achievements never come by wishes
The world is taken by striving to overcome it,
not simply by wishing for it.
Nothing can stop popular a nation
that chooses to go bravely through hardships and prosperity
