1960s popular Mod Trapeze Hippie Dress Size Small / XS

The absolute coolest vintage dress which has the perfect trapeze shape and movement popular to it. This dress must have been handmade for the wearer and there is no size inside, but it is a size small and was made for someone with a narrow neck and thin upper arms. Buyer be aware of this. The neck could be reasonably be altered. I am including neck and upper arm measurements.
