Here is a lovely hand-blown Urn shape vase in Cobalt Blue with crystal applied handles and foot. This form was produced in the 1980's. It is a rarity to find this shape. Please, note that the piece is a deeper cobalt than in the images.

Blenko Glass Company, located in Milton, West Virginia, is known for its artistic hand-blown glass. Blenko Glass is still in production.

This popular lovely vase stands just shy of 15" tall, is a little over 3" across the opening, 4 1/8" across the base, 4 1/4" across the handles, and 4" across the widest point of the body.

There are not chips, cracks, flakes, of other damage of any sort that I can detect on this wonderful piece.
