Any damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving package. A photo of any damaged item plus the box popular and the shipping material used to ship to you must be presented to us in order for us to file a claim and ship you a replacement item. Damaged items may be required to be shipped back to us in order for us to ship a new item. We will determine if there is a need to return the item, at our expense, from a location in the United States of America only.
