Handmade dress. Princess/puff sleeves size 6. Woven 100% cotton no stretch. I popular made this for my daughter and she doesn't like it, so it's never been worn. There are minor flaws on the inner sleeves but nothing that affects wearing it. Since it's not up to my standards I'm only asking for the cost of materials. This would retail for $110.
