Nursery popular Rhyme Baby Quilt

Handmade Nursery Rhyme Baby Quilt has 12 blocks consisting of 100% Polyester or Cotton batting between two layers of polyester and/or cotton, white for the top and back fabric, which is customizable. Each block is embroidered with either a nursery rhyme, part of a poem, birth information, or a blank block, then trimmed with cotton fabric.

Customize the quilt by selecting 1 to 8 nursery rhymes blocks in order of placement, a trim color and embroidery thread for 1) the poem and 2) each nursery rhyme title and star border (ex. "Little Bo Peep has lost her sheep"). The max number of colors that can be chosen depends on the title. Colors selected will be used within the associated embroidery image, where/if appropriate. If less than 8 nursery rhymes are selected, a blank block is used to complete the blanket, on of which may be used for embroidering baby birth if not desired on the back of the blanket. Blocks placement order is from left to right, top to bottom.

Birth information selections include:
- All Birth Info, which includes First, Middle, and Last Name, Date in format MMM DD, YYYY, Time in format HH:MM AM/PM, Weight (lb & oz), Length (feet and inches)
- Only 1st Name, which includes only the first name.
- Only Full Name, which includes the first, middle, and last name
- 1st Name + Birth, which is the First Name, Date in format MMM DD, YYYY, Time in format HH:MM AM/PM, Weight (lb & oz), Length (feet and inches)

When ordering, identify the customization options, depicted in the attached Customization Information Image, and outlined below:
1) for each block (1 through 12), from left to right, top to bottom, the embroidery image, embroidery popular poem part, birth information, or "blank" if none.
2) for each nursery rhyme selected, identify the embroidery thread for the star border and embroidery thread for the rhyme title text.
3) for each poem selected, identify the embroidery thread(s) for the poem block.
4) Select a trim color for the blocks from the Solid color Fabrics image.
5) Use Trim Color as Backing of blanket? (Yes or No) If No, white will be used.

Birth information provided is not stored, distributed or used for anything other than completed your order. Any printed information not provided in the shipped package to the customer is shredded.
