It was only sold during a special pre-sale in the Japan Pokemon Center Online shop, from June 10, 2017 - August 27, 2017, in very limited quantity. Only the amount ordered were made, so it is very rare. It has its original tag but it is no longer attached. The tag and plush are in great shape with no rips or stains. It comes from my personal collection as I recently found one with the hang tag still attatched, so looking to sell this one off. The plush measures 11.75" from feet to tip of ears. The plush comes from a smoke free home, but I do have a dog, so dog hair may be present on the plush.
