Gorgeous Watercolor Painting

This painting is so vivid!! The greens are beautiful and the technique on the mountains is amazing!! I think this painting is a combination of oil and watercolor. It's lovely!!

~ features a landscape with sparse evergreens headed into mountians
~ reminds me of leaving the Pacific Northwest
~ wooden frame that is old with lots of wear on the edges and a gold rim. It extends 1.25" from the wall.
~ total measure including the frame: 12" by 10"
~ measure of ONLY the painting NOT including the frame: 9.5" by 7.5"
~ wire on the back for easy hanging
~ I can see the watercolor, but there is also some paint....or maybe charcoal on the piece.

as-is: This piece is so great!! The frame has seen some wear, but it does not distract from this stunning piece. I'm guessing that it is about 60 years old. The colors are vivd greens and it is really well preserved behind glass. The mountains are equisite!!
