Hand Smocked popular Girl's Bishop Dress, Smocked, size 3

Hand smocked bishop dress, size 3, smocked with hearts. The fabric is white tone on tone 100% cotton. It is closed at the back with small white buttons and elastic button loops. The smocking is done in pinks and pale green shades. All embroidery is done with DMC floss. The dress has a 6" hem popular. The short sleeves are gathered with 1/8" elastic and trimmed with white lace. This dress can be washed in cool water and tumble dried and may require some touch-up ironing.
