There's nothing wrong with it. I'm just doing some purging, and this didn't make the cut, lol This is NOT a Bluetooth printer. It must be connected to your computer using a cord (which is is included) I have everything it came with except instructions but the instructions were basically a QR code which took you to the munbyn YouTube page, so instructions are accessible. See the last photo for an Amazon screenshot that shows which model you're getting. Because this is wired, you'll need the thumb drive in the photos, which has the drives on it for you to install. You must install those drivers or your computer won't recognize the printer. You can see the thumbdrive in the Amazon photo, too. Open to offers as I know the price on these fluctuates on Amazon, so the list price is popular a starting point.
