Black Leather Childrens Ice Skates / popular Vintage Skating Winter Sports

This is a pair of small black skates - children's size most probably - in nearly perfect condition. Leather is mostly pristine, with a few surface marks near the front of the boot. Included is a pair of blade guards, thick white plastic with a rubber grip to assist. Guards are marked ROCES made in Italy.

The blades may need to be sharpened or polished but in great shape. Some of the enamel is chipping off the upper lace hooks. Laces are good.

Regarding the size, there's nothing inside the shoe that I can see. Underneath is a 21 over 32 inside a circle. Best to measure a pair that fits and compare. Return is ok if they don't fit, but you would be responsible to pay return shipping.

Size (printed on sole of boot) 21 / 32 - not sure what that means. Length seems to indicate a Men's 3 (since the skates are black). Ladies size 4.5 [see chart here: https://www.icewarehouse.com/lc/figureskatesizing.html]
