Rare Vintage Coconut Handbag Sand popular Surface Leather Dolphin Beaded Strap. Coconut bags are all over the internet, why is this one rare? It took me a minute to figure out what the "shell" was made of - and it's sand! Yup, all those waves of green are actually sand. A design technique most likely out of Indonesia. Also from what I have gathered, the Dolphin is most likely made from a very thin strip of leather. There are some blemishes to the outside of the shell as shown in pics. The inside material is brown and in great condition. Strap is also in very good condition. No issues with zipper.
