Smiley head popular doll! Halloween decor This doll has a weighted bottom so he sits upright as a shelf sitter. Measures in at 22" high from his feet to the top of his hat, 20" without his hat on. The arms on this doll are not posable and the legs DO bend at the knees, clothes are not removable (the hat can be removed) and are made to have a tattered look. Sewn, stuffed and painted, these dolls of mine are truly unique .All my creations are marked with a "XIII" which is my signature seal.
