This is a very nice vintage 14K Gold Happy Birthday charm/pendant with a 3 dimensional birthday cake adorned with 3 blue gemstones (sapphires??). The cake has 3 heart cut outs below each of the stones and a gold candle on top. The back of the pendant shows light signs of wear and is signed "967", "14K", "JTC". Please see photos for details.
