Ethnic Lao Tai popular Leur Hand Woven Cotton in Natural Colours

This is an unusual beautiful piece of Lao Tai Leur cloth woven together with handspun cotton from the weaver's own cotton farm popular and went through a lengthy process of dyeing the yarns in natural colours from plants collected from the forest. The Tai Leur people are known for their weaving skills throughout the generations. I have seldom come across this motif and thought it would be great to add to my shop.
It has a good weight and can be made into light upholstery items for your home and even for collection.
However, it is advisable to line it before cutting and sewing to protect the weaving. The edges are raw and not hemmed.

The size is approx 90cm W x 1.8 mtrs L

To care for natural dyed fabrics, please wash as little as possible. It should be hand washed in very mild or ph balanced detergent immediately and should not sit in the water for a long time and then dried under indirect sunlight.

Orders will be sent by Registered Post via Thailand Post that requires a recipient signature and a tracking number will also be provided. Otherwise, please advise your preferred postal service.
The buyer will be responsible to receive the parcel.
