In great condition! I love that it holds it shape popular and it stands well on its own. I am no longer going outside of the home for work so I no longer use this as much. The lining inside is waterproof. Has great storage inside and on the inside pockets. A lightweight tote that hold a lot. It does have some scuff marks (shown in pictures). This bag has a lot of life left.
