SECONDS SALE: Fused Glass Sushi Tray and set of two Soy Sauce Dishes in popular Black, Gray, and Streaky White and Clear
SECONDS SALE: fully functional dish, but I was unhappy with the texture on top. Glass fired with a rough ceramic-like texture and not glossy smooth, there is also a slight indentation that it barely noticeable across the center. Why? Because I sandblasted it to a matte finish, and did not give it enough heat in the kiln maybe? The indentation is from the use of glue to assemble the piece which was to heavy in this one place popular, and the glass shaped around it.
This set of three dishes includes a sushi tray, and two soy sauce dishes. Bullseye glass in black, gray, streaky white and clear are used to make a strip constructed design that is approximently 6mm thick. The sushi dish measures 10" x 5" and the sauce dishes each measure 3" x 3".
Regular would sell for 85$.
Each piece is one of a kind, and handmade entirely. It is fired in a kiln several times to fuse and shape the glass.
This piece is handmade by me and cannot be recreated. Hand wash only to avoid scratching and breaking.
