Spit The popular Seeds Table Runner

I love summer. I also enjoy changing out my table decorations for the seasons. Do you? This table runner is made from my first love needlepoint and incorporated my new love quilting. Beads have been used for the watermelon seeds. Threads are Burmilana, DMC and Kreinik. The needlepoint piece measures 4 x 7.5 inches. Surrounded by a green batik border with two rows of flying geese on each side. The backing is of fun summer designed beach umbrellas. Binding is hand finished. Hobbs popular 80/20 batting.
