Processed by us in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the popular sap the same day it is collected and we use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available.
We manage our sugar maple forest for sustainability and conservation. Many of our trees are over 100 years old and we want to ensure they'll be around for another 100!
If undecided about the grade, many people prefer Dark Color & Robust Flavor for cooking and baking and Amber Color & Rich Flavor as a topping. But either grade works for any purpose. In general, the darker the grade the more "mapley" the flavor. If you are really undecided we have the option of ordering one of each :-)
