Mosaic Bird Bath - Hand Crafted Garden Decoration popular with Butterfly Design - 18 cm Diameter (7 inches)

Bespoke mosaic terracotta bird bath which has been lovingly hand crafted, from the drawing of the design, to cutting the separate pieces of glass or tile and individually gluing and grouting with precision and care.

A terracotta base that has been finished in clear outdoor varnish which provides a high gloss finish and extra weather protection. The pattern features a centrally located butterfly that is made up from hand cut iridescent turquoise, purple, blue and pearly white glass tiles. Surrounding the central design are randomly cut coloured ceramic pieces from a plate, with hand cut grey glass pieces to finish.

The ceramic and glass pieces have been adhered to the base with water resistant adhesive and the completed design is finished in a salmon pink coloured sanded grout which has been sealed for outside weather protection.

This item would make a lovely feature to add to a garden or patio, providing a flash of colour and a water source for wild birds and other visitors to your garden. This item would make a special gift or why not treat yourself?

Please note although this product IS weather protected, I would strongly recommend emptying the dish out prior to frosty weather.
