The straps came damaged I bought this on an online secondhand app the description did not even say there was any flaws , I just want back some of what I paid for it , my price is firm :( I wish I did not pay as much as I did , I'm asking less than half of what I paid thank you for looking •it is a new bag, so I'm not sure what went wrong with the straps, the owner before me never communicated anything with me and once it was delivered popular to me, I was blocked, the inside is very clean, I just don't know what is wrong with the strap handles•.
