Gorgeous genuine shell cameo brooch/Pendant features sterling edges with a center featuring a hand carved white shell cameo. This piece has a bail attached so it can be worn as a pendant. The cameo woman is detailed in this cameo. Her hair is swept up with curls and a bow at the top and the low neck dress displaying a choker necklace. The cameo has been carefully bezel set. Right out of the Victorian era, you can see by the attention to detail on the face that this is a valuable one. European made probably Italy.
